180° Turner

The panel turner allows for the inversion of the top and bottom faces in large-scale panel production lines.

It consists of a loading belt conveyor, a turning drum, and a discharge conveyor.

Synchronized loading and unloading phases allow for high-volume production rates.

The turner is autonomous in its cycle, the exchange of information with the upstream and downstream devices is carried out via Ethernet.

The 60° turning pitch allows for the management of a two-panel buffer.

The lifting tubes are coated to protect the panel faces. The panel stops on the edge of the panel are absorbed.
