Loader/Stacker for cylindrical parts

Parts loader for all types of machine for automatic feeding. Storage system for 450 parts ready for machining.

The operator fills the stocker using a loading drawer. This same drawer is used to feed individual parts to the machine using a 2-axis pick-and-place system.

The station can handle workpieces from Ø1 to Ø13 and lengths from 40 to 200 mm.

Operator HMI with touch screen and various buttons. Secure access hatches for changing series. All oil from the machine is collected and returned.
