The Multigripper is a robot gripper for handling metal cylinders, heavy loads.
Its name reflects its ability to automatically adapt the variety of cylinder dimensions to be handled, it therefore integrates mechanized adjustments of diameter and length.
Its compact design allows the cylinders to be positioned in a cramped environment.
The cylinders are gripped radially, symmetrically on both sides. This clamping is electric, by synchronous motorization and transmission. The electrical and pneumatic distribution by field bus makes it possible to limit the on-board wiring on the robot axes.
