This machine is used to compress materials (specific to our customer) to determine the effects of compression speed, applied force and residual force measurement on them via the measuring table.

The front and rear doors allow the module to operate safely and in accordance with the material to be compressed during the test.

Depending on the format of the material to be compressed, the tool kits (2 walls, 1 press plate) are quickly and easily interchangeable.

The mechanical cylinders coupled to two brushless motors allow a very flexible and precise operation.

Compressive force from 0 to 100 kN
Compression speed from 0 to 130 mm/s
Compressible dimensions: width 0 to 610 mm, height 0 to 550 mm, depth 80 to 200 mm
Residual load measurement of 200 kN with an accuracy of 20 N
