This station, entirely pneumatically driven, allows the normative control of a flange assembly for pressurised elements.
The operator safety is cleverly ensured by a ¼ turn flange which keeps the part to be tested trapped in case of failure.
After inflation, the operator sprays the part with soapy water.
At the same time, the unclamping movement controls the purging of the chamber.
