Cutting nozzle and servo-controlled flap

These 2 devices are installed on a paper web production line.

The water jet system allows the edges of the continuously running web to be cut cleanly.
The assembly is mounted on a motorized linear movement to obtain the desired bandwidth.

To facilitate maintenance operations, the nozzle is tiltable.

The suction shutter is mounted downstream of the cutting nozzle. It participates in the separation of the width and the trimming (occultation of the suction).
The movement is controlled by the cutting.
