This semi-automatic station coils an aluminum tube on a thermodynamic tank. The station consists of a coiling machine and a coil unwinder.
The tank is loaded manually and horizontally by an operator using a mobile cart.
During the rotation of the tank, a pulling head unwinds the aluminum tube while moving transversely to obtain a coil with a defined pitch.
At the same time, a gun applies a thermal paste to the tank to ensure optimum heat transfer.
When the coiling operation is complete, the tube is cut by an automatic shear.
The machine allows evacuation of the finished tub.
