The unit is used to heat manifolds for the automotive industry.
This design accommodates two heating inductors mounted in series with their two power sources (not produced by Cerest), as well as the entire water cooling system.
A Kevlar belt conveyor is installed in the spiral inductors.
Heating is carried out in continuous flow on a 6 m long conveyor at a speed of 0.27 m/s.
A camera monitors the temperature of the parts.
The operator has a monitoring screen.
