Leakage control station

This stand-alone station is used to check the tightness of the welds of the tappings of a domed bottom of a water heater tank.

The test will be carried out initially at 1 bar and then at 3 bars.

The station is composed of a manually rotating installation and a pneumatic plater arm which acts as a plug and an inflation port.

The operator's safety is ensured by a two-handed button box.

A manual nozzle allows the operator to spray soapy water. To check if there are bubbles, if so this means there is a leak.
