Loader/Stacker for cylindrical parts

Parts loader for all types of machine for automatic feeding.

The operator fills the stocker using a loading drawer. This same drawer is used to feed the individual parts to the machine using a 2-axis pick-and-place system.

The station is capable of handling workpieces from Ø1 to Ø13 and from 40 to 200mm in length.

Operator HMI with touch screen and various buttons. Secure access hatches for changing series. All oil from the machine is collected and returned.
